1) SEO (Search Engine Optimization): in my opinion the most important (but could be not enough);
2) SES (Search Engine Strategies): do you know the difference between SEO and SES? No? Neither they do;
3) SEM (Search Engine Marketing): Ok, here could be a difference... but neither the professionals agree on the definition. Anyway a forced distinction could be that SEO goal is keyword placement in search engine result pages (SERP), SEM goal is the achievement of a lead, target, sale, contact...
4) Website design: remember that your site doesn't have to look great but does have to follow the purpose.
5) Email marketing: not a good thing often. I prefer search on internet than being bothered in my email. But unfortunately still works.
6) Banner advertising: just in case!
7) Online media planning: means we sit and we chat for a while.
8) Online marketing strategies: strategies is a big word. Usually professionals work at random.
9) Landing page design: that's interesting! But don't think that they know much more than you. They have only the plan to try again and again.
10) Content management systems: you'll really get crazy with that.
11) Ecommerce: I love ecommerce! They do a lot of money!
12) Blogs, forums, viral, and more: It means I don't know what to do but there are a lot of things that can be done.
